Foresight Group Appoints David Sheridan as Chair of Buston & Maughan

Foresight Group is pleased to announce the appointment of David Sheridan as Chair of the Board at Buston & Maughan, following its recent buyout. This appointment marks an important step in strengthening the company’s leadership as it embarks on its next phase of growth.

The appointment was made following a search led by Brightbridge Executive Search, who worked in close partnership with Foresight Group to identify an accomplished and strategic leader capable of supporting Buston & Maughan’s long-term ambitions.

David brings with him a wealth of experience in the construction, housing, and services sectors, having held senior leadership roles across several high-profile businesses.

Most recently, he serves as Chairman of M J Evans Construction and Executive Chair at Ilke Homes, where he oversees the delivery of innovative, high-quality housing solutions. He has also held Chief Executive positions at Keepmoat Group and Apollo Property Services Group, as well as serving as Managing Director at Kier Group.

As Chair, David will provide strategic guidance and oversight to the Buston & Maughan board, working closely with the management team and Foresight Group to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
