SEARCH AND SELECTION

MBI & MBO RECRUITMENT
We partner with UK private equity firms and their advisors to strengthen the management teams and boards of MBI and MBO opportunities. Typically, we are engaged to identify a Chairman, Non-Executive Director, CEO, or CFO to join the transaction. As trusted advisors to mid-cap private equity firms, we are often involved at the earliest stages of the process. Our fees are then incorporated into the deal costs and disbursed upon completion of the transaction.

TURNAROUND & INTERIM RECRUITMENT
Many of our assignments focus on improving business performance. Not all investments unfold as planned and many businesses struggle to meet funding objectives or must re-evaluate strategy after a challenging period. We specialise in sourcing experienced leaders for turnaround scenarios, helping investors protect and recover value from distressed assets. The most common appointments include Chief Restructuring Officers, Interim COOs, CEOs, and Chairmen — leaders who can stabilise operations, reset strategy, and drive the business back on course.

Non Executive Directors
A significant part of our work involves recruiting Non-Executive Directors and Non-Executive Chairmen to strengthen governance, provide independent oversight, and add strategic insight. The right non-executive appointments can be transformational — guiding management teams, challenging assumptions, and opening doors to new opportunities. We work closely with investors and boards to identify individuals with the sector expertise, network, and judgment needed to drive long-term value creation.
