About the Role
This is a major commercial leadership opportunity within an established global logistics organisation entering an exciting new phase of expansion. The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for shaping and delivering the company’s full commercial strategy across sales, marketing, brand positioning and client development. The role requires someone capable of designing a sophisticated go-to-market model, elevating market visibility, driving multi-sector growth, and ensuring that the organisation’s premium white-glove logistics proposition is clearly differentiated in a competitive global landscape.
Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will build and lead a high-performing commercial function, integrating data-driven sales processes, targeted marketing programmes, sector-specific propositions and strong account management. This is a hands-on role for a strategic thinker who can also execute at pace—turning brand strengths, operational capability and sustainability commitments into meaningful revenue, margin expansion and long-term client relationships.
